What does a typical yacht rental include?
Every rental comes with a skilled crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and a selection of complimentary refreshments. Specific items provided can differ depending on the type of service - for example, our evening cruises offer premium refreshments and light snacks, whereas our business charters provide amenities suited to corporate needs, such as meeting facilities and specialized catering options.
How much time beforehand should I reserve?
To secure availability, we suggest making reservations at least 2–3 weeks prior, with even more lead time during our busy season, which runs from May to September. For business gatherings or private parties, reserving 4–6 weeks in advance is advisable for better availability and to allow for tailored preparations.
What is the protocol for inclement weather conditions?
Your safety is our utmost concern. Should the captain determine that the weather is unsafe, we will suggest an alternative date for your rental or provide a complete refund. We keep a close watch on the forecast and will reach out to you if the weather appears to be a concern 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
May I supply my own food and refreshments?
You're welcome to bring your own supplies of food and drinks. Additionally, we offer top-notch catering services that we can customize to suit your tastes. For safety reasons, please be aware that we do not allow glass containers on board.
Are your vessels equipped to accommodate guests with mobility challenges?
We aim to be inclusive for all of our guests. Certain yachts in our fleet may be more accessible than others. We encourage you to reach out to us with your requirements when booking, so we can guide you to the most appropriate yacht and make the necessary arrangements to ensure comfort and accessibility.
What terms apply to cancellations?
For cancellations made more than 72 hours ahead of departure, we provide a full refund. Those made between 24–72 hours before departure are eligible for a refund of 50%. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure are typically non-refundable, with exceptions made for cancellations due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues on our end.
